Terms & Conditions

1. PRODUCT NATURE

All products supplied by the company are natural, plant-based powders derived from agricultural sources.

The product is manufactured without the use of artificial colors, synthetic chemicals, or added preservatives.

The product is processed under controlled conditions to maintain its natural quality and functionality.

Shelf Life: The standard shelf life of the product is up to 12 months from the date of manufacturing, subject to proper storage conditions.

Note: Minor variations in color, texture, and taste may occur due to natural and seasonal variations. Such variations shall not be considered defects.

2. SAMPLE APPROVAL POLICY

- A sample of the product will be provided to the buyer before final order confirmation.

- Bulk production and dispatch will be strictly based on the approved sample.

- Once the sample is approved, no quality-related objections will be entertained for the same specifications.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

- Orders will be considered confirmed only after written confirmation (WhatsApp / Email) and advance payment.

- The company reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

- 70% Advance Payment is mandatory for order processing.

- Remaining 30% payment must be completed before dispatch to transport.

Dispatch Flow:

->70% advance received → Production starts

->Order ready → Buyer informed

->Buyer completes remaining 30% payment

-> Full payment received → Goods handed over to transporter

Condition:

No dispatch will be made without 100% payment clearance.

5. PRICING

- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material and market conditions.

- Final price will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

6. DISPATCH & DELIVERY

- Dispatch timelines will be shared after order confirmation.

- Once goods are handed over to the transporter, all risks (damage, delay, loss) are transferred to the buyer.

- The company is not responsible for delays caused by logistics or transport agencies.

7. NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY

- Due to the nature of food products, goods once sold will NOT be taken back.

- No return, replacement, or refund will be provided under any circumstances.

- Buyers are advised to verify samples before placing bulk orders.

8. QUALITY ASSURANCE

- The company maintains internal quality standards for all products.

- Products are free from artificial additives as per internal processing standards.

- Third-party testing can be arranged on request at buyer's cost.

- Any claim without valid laboratory test proof will not be entertained.

9. STORAGE & HANDLING RESPONSIBILITY

- Products must be stored in a cool, dry, and hygienic environment.

- Exposure to moisture, sunlight, or improper storage may affect product quality.

- The company shall not be responsible for any damage caused after delivery due to improper storage.

10. LIABILITY LIMITATION

- The company's liability is strictly limited to the value of goods supplied.

- The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

The company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, or government restrictions.

12. JURISDICTION

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Berhampur, Odisha only.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
